  • Your coach designs a personalized training program based on your available equipment, goals, and schedule, ensuring it aligns with your current fitness level.

    It's conveniently uploaded to our comprehensive app, which includes video demonstrations for each exercise, recommended rep ranges, RIR (Reps in Reserve), rest periods, and more.

  • Utilize our all-in-one app to track training progress, nutrition, biofeedback, steps, and more. This platform allows you to upload progress photos, form videos, and provides graphs to visualize your weekly changes.

  • Submit your weekly check-in form via the app, where your coach reviews your biofeedback data, training progress, nutrition, and provides personalized feedback and adjustments via a detailed Loom video.

  • Enjoy a 30-minute 1:1 support call via Zoom with your coach each month. These sessions allow us to connect "face to face," discuss your progress, address any challenges you're encountering, reassess your goals, or simply bond and spend time together as needed to ensure you receive the support you need.

  • Access your coach daily (excluding Sundays) via WhatsApp for support, guidance, and motivational chats.

  • Join our client group chat on WhatsApp to interact with coaches and fellow clients, share successes, ask questions, exchange tips/recipes, and more.

  • Gain access to our web-based resource library, featuring tips/tricks for tracking in apps like MyFitnessPal, nutritional macro insights, grocery lists, meal plans, navigating different nutrition phases, and much more.
