    An Enneagram 2 who loves getting in her daily 10k steps, curses like a sailor, ensures her macros include a daily sweet treat, and manages celiac disease, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and a rare bone disease called Hypophosphatasia (HPP).

    As a coach, she strives to help others avoid the mistakes that once hindered her own fitness & nutrition journey, costing valuable time and progress.

    Retired from law enforcement, he enjoys video games, embraces a "work hard, play hard" mentality, loves vacationing, prefers staying in over going out, and has reclaimed his physical health after serious automobile injuries.
