Every 4 weeks, we assign a new training phase that includes 2 lower body days and 3 upper body days each week, targeting all major muscle groups. These exercises are designed to challenge your muscles using Progressive Overload, ensuring continuous growth and adaptation.

You will have access to 2* phases on the app at any given time: the previous month's phase and the current month's phase. This ensures you receive a complete 4 weeks with each phase.
* It's recommended to start with the most recent phase available to you within the app. For example, if Phase 1 and Phase 2 are available, we suggest beginning with Phase 2 to avoid starting Phase 1 and having it replaced before completion when Phase 3 is uploaded.
